Very uncoordinated and lack communication, asked them politely to not call the co applicant until I discussed it with them (Re financing loan completely paid of existing $12,000 loan) Took it upon themselves Aaron, Shelley to go out of the way and call the co applicant without permission. Then after the application was denied they continued to contact the co applicant wanting bank statements because the first bank statement was invalid due to being 30 days old.
