The worst part about dealing with these people is that when I went in for my loan they have it set up to where you only have 2 choices on when your payment is due, but was also told as long is it is paid 2 weeks after the due date than its no big deal, so I chose one date since it put it closer to the week I would normally have the extra money to make my payment. This is the worst Loan experience I’ve ever had to deal with… I came in to consolidate loans months back. Instead of giving me the money to handle the collectors I needed help with. They sent out a check, to the collectors.. all gets paid except one debt so I call and ask why and of course I get a run around and excuses.. they cancel the first check and send out a second check..
