This is the worst Loan experience I’ve ever had to deal with… I came in to consolidate loans months back. Instead of giving me the money to handle the collectors I needed help with. They sent out a check, to the collectors.. all gets paid except one debt so I call and ask why and of course I get a run around and excuses.. they cancel the first check and send out a second check.. Carla was great to work with, she was quick to answer any questions and patient when I gave her the wrong info and we had to redo some of the work! She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Can't thank her enough for all of her help!
