Very nice explain everything not a problem
Branch manager calls and says I owe a payment. I go on line with my bank and it shows a payment today. I call the 800 number for another reason, but never got that one resolved. The 800 rep puts me back in touch with the branch manager, who has no idea why the reason I called the 800 number is showing up, "call them back".... I think they have new manger because I never had issues with them until I took out this last loan about 9 months ago.
