After being a loyal customer for years I will be refinancing as soon as possible because of The Georgetown Branch. They made a huge mistake taking out a payment that was unauthorized. Manager, LeAnn and Rachel from this branch brushed it off and never apologized. Unfortunately this created a huge problem for me I'll be dealing with for weeks.
