Did great on service over the phone and in person at the hobbs office since day one that I got the first loan .
Second time attempting to get a “pre-approved loan” both times they ran my credit and told me they could only give the loan with a car title against it. What a joke. Don’t run my credit and say I’m pre-approved if I’m not.
The loan officer was very nice and helping me with my loan. Thank you very much.
