Very professional and friendly staff.
I will never be referring anyone to this company. I applied for a loan through credit karma that I was approved for. I set and confirmed the time to speak with Liza in your Valdosta, GA location. For some reason I rec a call before the scheduled time that I missed. Called back and was put on hold until I ended the call. Did not rec call at scheduled time. Could not have been better!
Someone called me at 8:22 AM on a Saturday, waking me out of my sleep to discuss a loan application. I spoke to her for maybe about five minutes before she suddenly said she’d have to call me right back. I sat by the phone for about 25/30 minutes before finally calling back myself just to be told, “she was tied up right now, could no longer look at my application today, and would call me back Monday.” I find that unprofessional on so many levels.
