Please be careful when getting a title loan with One Main, They are hard to get a hold of I had to call a few times after leaving a voicemail, They don’t keep your title there they send it to Austin and when you are done paying off a lot of money they loose the title. Austin is third party and they won’t help try and get it. They also said last month Lacey had a lot of calls with titles not getting to their address and they still did not notify us or do anything to prevent it.
