I have had loans with the Elmira branch for more than four years. Most recently, I applied for debt consolidation. I was quoted an offer over the phone, and I even double-checked each piece of information, including the payment. When I went in to sign, the loan payment was suddenly $132 higher, which would have added almost $8,000 to the loan payments. I was told the payment I'd checked wasn't even possible. I declined the offer. When I do get that consolidation loan somewhere, I will pay off OneMain and be done with them.
