If I could give a 0 I totally would!! Experian had suggested OneMain Financial (and since I have had 3 loans with OneMain Financial through the Auburn branch location (starting in 2018 & paid-off last loan by June 2021)) I figured working with the branch in Federal Way wouldn’t be to bad… wrong! Wrong! Wrong!! One main Financial in Albany Oregon provides the absolute best customer service. As a client I have always been treated with kindness and respect by Gilbert and his staff. They have been more than helpful through these days of troubled times, and have went above and beyond to ensure a helpful solution when needed. I would highly recommend for your short term lending needs.

We were approved for an unsecured loan. From the get go, we provided them with all documentation and made this clear. They had provided us with both an unsecured and secured options. We didn't want a secured loan, as it was just temporary, to get us through a brief time of tight finances. I use to like One Main very much but this is the last time I would every work with them reason I only owned .02 cents and they wanted it I was paying off the loan early they can NEVER EARN MY BUSINESS AGAIN

Sent over all of my information, banking information, vehicle information, check stubs that was sent to me from my payroll department and she still said she couldn't help me I spent my day wasting my time with this company when I could have went elsewhere. Luckily A company I used before helped me out because I was a great customer with them. I thought I would give one main a try since they were close by.

One Main Representatives provides horrible customer service.. The two women that work the Colerain Ave branch both are unfit to be loan Officers. Their decisions are bias not based on credit scores, income or the ability to pay back the loans. They are losing money and customers for One Main. They are unorganized and unstable. One Main Financial reported customers to the credit bureau for being just 30 days late during the COVID-19 government forced shut down due to a global pandemic, May 2020. This is the only bank that I work with that pulled such an inconsiderate move like this.

My name is Philip and I called her today and I wanted to get a loan and she said because it didn't have an address that she would loan me no money so they punish you because you don't have a physical address you were right about some of those of yous I understand why they're only a 2. 8 in my eyes they're not even at 2 they are entirely inept to the people they want to loan you money but yet they don't care about your situation or anything like that is ridiculous because you don't have a physical address you can't do it alon... read more
