Everything went great, just interest on the loan is CRAZZZYYY its almost as much as the loan. Will definitely be paying it down as fast as possible.
I love that I left a review regarding the New Hartford office and ONE MAIN DELETED IT! Is that how a business is run?? My suggestion: don’t have a manager that takes over people, cuts them off and then hangs up on them when they never raised their voice at them, swore at them and never wanted to speak to Kevin in the first place. I needed help fast and Credit Karma recommended OneMain Financial. I filled out the application and received a call from a pleasant gentleman by the name of Brandon Williams who is a Personal Loan Specialist. From that first inital call on Tuesday to meeting him and closing the loan on Wednesday. Brandon is truly an asset at OneMain Financial. Spoke with Kevin, Erin, & Kristina they ALL had different stories, different offers, and different requirements. Sent over tons of verification and every time they needed more. Kevin lied saying the stores system wasn't working and we had to cancel my appointment. Later on I got a email saying I been denied ! Not professional and they are LIARS. Also asked if the call was being recorded because Kevin the branch manager wasn't respectable because of his rudeness.
This is my third experience with One Main and each time is better. One Main has always been top notch, things get better because I improve as I go. If they can walk me through the process, they can help anyone!
