Was trying to get a person loan, for personal reasona ,but the manager veronica nunez kept asking personal questions didn't even try helping one bit must of woken up on the wrong size of the bed worse experience I've ever had
So tell me 10 days after my loan was denied why is my car title still in their name
The worste experience ever.... I was approved put the title to r only vehicle in there name and was all signed and ready and because my wife asked if she could pay the bill if something was to happen to me, like get into an accident or me possibly going to jail. They still have the title 6 days later and still nothing. I then gave them additional info to confirm my credentials and still was denied cuz of a question my wife asked.
