The branch manager was very unprofessional, not only did she hang up on me she didn’t listen, she interrupted and then she would say I said something when it was opposite. I finally told her if she had a recording maybe she should listen to it because she wasn’t listening to anything I was saying. They offer a loan and you depend on the loan because they say "shouldn't be a problem " payment would only be $20 more a month!!!! Not a problem!!!! Then they make you wait several days with no response! I call back and due to them not being able to correctly read a print out... I get denied!!! Worst place ever!!! Will never recommend them!

Was trying to get a person loan, for personal reasona ,but the manager veronica nunez kept asking personal questions didn't even try helping one bit must of woken up on the wrong size of the bed worse experience I've ever had
