Joke of a company. Sent account from my home state to a state I was visiting. Then claims they are unable to send the account back because its their home office state. They cant use their own technology and say they cant do anything.
The branch manager was very unprofessional, not only did she hang up on me she didn’t listen, she interrupted and then she would say I said something when it was opposite. I finally told her if she had a recording maybe she should listen to it because she wasn’t listening to anything I was saying. It was such a terrible experience and in the middle of everything I told her I didn’t even want to go on with process especially dealing with her.
