Horrible Customer Service! 1 hour on phone trying to get proof of lien paid in full. Waste of time. They won't send me any proof "Because your loan was paid in full so long ago". I still haven't received my clear title, years later! They said "You'll have to contact DMV & pay for a lost title". Wait, what!?! I didn't lose it, u never sent it! Will you please send me my lein free title?!?
