I went into the branch to try for a loan for home repairs. One of the gentlemen that assisted me was named Anthony, he was incredibly condescending and disrespectful, and I left feeling upset for the way I was treated. He made a comment to me when we added my fiancé onto the application that my fiancé "Didn't take care of his bills and he probably began paying them when he got with me and I started paying them for him".
