My wife and I applied for a loan in May it took 25 days to get an approval for the loan when it was finally time to close online the system couldn't verify our identity this was very surprising because we had all the necessary documents to prove who we were if you are applying with this company it will definitely be a waste of time my wife and I ended up with 2 inquiries each and it was all for nothing also I'm hearing impaired and she also had an issue with my wife translating for me when we we were communicating by phone w... read more
Michelle was fantastic and extremely helpful. I would recommend OneMain to anyone needing help.
Worst customer service ever!!! Had a loan with them for years and the staff at the office are rude and unprofessional. My wife gets the 3rd degree every time she calls just to make a payment. They really need to change their attitudes! Especially Michelle and Candra!!!!
