Friendly, and timely service!
After several loans with this company as Springleaf, which were paid off early, this last time we were treated very poorly. We received an immediate positive result, but then nothing. We were told they would call us but they didn't. We called them, then never heard a response back from them for over a week! Then we received an email stating our request was denied!
