The people are amazing. Always able to work with me.
How does Brad still have the job title he does, very unprofessional, rude. It takes zero effort to be humble! The whole world is struggling, there is no need for attitude for doing your Literal job! I suggest to anyone the Wauseon Branch, never get treat like I was with Brad!
Was amazing service and really nice people .Very helpful and explained all options .
I've always had a good experience with them until recently my car was in a accident so my insurance is paying the car off I had some questions I wasn't sure about so I called and both times I spoke to Brad he was completely rude everytime I called like I was a huge inconvenience to him and his job when I wasn't sure how to go about the situation this man should not be the one answering the phone.
