Greta is the worst CSR that I have ever come in contact with!
After being approved for a loan I just walked out of the Onemain Financial Office in New Bern after getting fed up with deceitful business practices. I was quoted a different APR over the phone, and when I got there they gave me some lame excuse about it being a different loan. I think to myself, So which one do you think I m applying for lady...the one I plan on signing for or another loan? Drew approved us on the phone for a loan, then we came in and met Adam, who was an ass. For some reason we did not get approved and they didnt call to tell us, wasted our time and very unprofessional. Then when we called to complain, Drew was an ass on the phone. Citifinancial is a crappy lender anyway with outrageous interest rates, and monkeys in suits taking to customers. God help you if you have to deal with these two morons.

This company sucks!!! As soon as you get a loan with these creeps you will regret it, I guarantee it!! I hope they go out of business...I got a loan for 6,000 and two years later I owe 8,000.
This place is TERRIBLE. Stay away, and take your financial needs elsewhere. They are incompetent and forget to return calls, take messages, or really do anything to help the consumer... (who they have no problems charging 22.99% interest.)
They lie and they wont return phone calls. Would not recommend them to anyone!!
Terrible customer relations, fraudulant reporting and they have filed unathorized transactions with my account. Contact the MS State Attorney General for help, as I did, to file a complaint if it happens to you.
