The staff here made the loan experience very easy for me. At first I was scared and i had my guard up but the new manager and staff were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The location down the street in Cicero was VERY rude.
DO NOT GO HERE!! The manager is rude and they lie to you. My loan payment was less than 15 days late and they wanted to repo my car. When I called them back about setting up a time to pay the loan and another issue with the title of my car they were rude and would not answer my question. They put me on hold repeatedly and made me talk to the manager. Seriously, a Cash Store would be better to deal with then this place. GO there instead!
