Whoever the lady who picked up my call today was rude through out the conversation. I don't know why she kept yelling "What!!" everytime she couldn't understand what we were talking about. Lady needs to be fired or learn more professional customer service attitude.
Horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I spoke to a rep named Michelle , she was extremely rude since the first moment she spoke, I honestly don’t understand how you get a job where you have to deal with people when you literally do not have the attitude and or the ability to deal with people. Hope your life gets better Michelle!, I can tell you are not a happy lady and definitely do not enjoy what you do for living.
Said I was approved for an unsecured loan on line and michelle was suppose to call me at 10. No one ever called and then I had to call and now they want collateral. Two faced
Predatory lenders. Already paid 1.5 times what i borrowed from my first loan. Considered another loan, they offered me $500. Don’t waste your time. If you’re going to pay 30% in interest either way, may as well go to a company that cares about their customers.
