Horrible business. We applied for a loan. They wanted to title immediately to keep. Wanted me to immediately call and get them changed to my lien holder before we even discussed any terms. We didn’t take a loan with them. They never bothered to send my title back to me. When I went in to get my title, I was informed “it sat on my desk until Monday”. You call for assistance and no one in the Albemarle office knows how to guide you through their website without screen sharing and I personally don’t trust people to do that. Y’all need to be trained on how to assist customers. They don’t give you all options when processing loans. They even put the wrong withdrawal date and told me I had to have bank draft when I know for a fact that is not the only option because my mom doesn’t have to do bank draft.
