I never like to give a business 1 star but Michelle has got to be the worst person I have ever had dealings with. She closed my loan ahead of the 25 days you have to submit the information after I told her I was still considering submitting it. Her claim was it was denied because of my school loans, which are in IBR status and deferred until I finish school, but she did not wait for me to submit additional information nor input my driver’s license.
