I had a very different experience with One Main compared to any other loan process I've ever been through. I had all my information turned in, just had to pick out a vehicle. I ran probably 2 dozen VIN numbers trying to find something that would work either private party or dealership. the girls in the office were extremely nice. And got my first loan from One Main to pay off a credit card and remodeling. I just about had it paid off and needed to pay off another credit card and they extended my loan so that card is paid off and got some extra cash for some more home improvements with the payment i am making to One Main Finance actually helped me out. I have recommended them to alot if people. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you
This place is TERRIBLE. Stay away, and take your financial needs elsewhere. They are incompetent and forget to return calls, take messages, or really do anything to help the consumer... (who they have no problems charging 22.99% interest.)
Bunch of frickin crooks – Terrible business. Go elsewhere for your financial needs. They lie (I caught and recorded it), and avoid customer satisfaction as much as possible.
