Both of my dogs have been there a few times and I have always been really happy with it. Until this boarding experience. Up until now they have done a great job and have had great staff, but I think they are slacking a bit. I think the care my dogs got was fine, but on a business level not so much. I pre-paid for my dogs stay in cash and when I went to pick them up they had no record of it. Good thing I asked for a receipt and I took a picture of it and sent it to them per their request. Pet Boarding Wonderful place to take your pet while you are gone on vacation or just for the day. The owners are just great, prices are competitive. The only boarding place that I have felt totally comfortable leaving my cairn terriers. I definitely recommend Oneka Pet Resort.
