Hands down, the most elite dog daycare in the area. The facilities, the staff, the accommodations, the kindness, the professionalism, it is ALL superior, A+ and top notch!! My Banx cries with excitement when 1/2 mile from the location! He is SO excited to go and can not wait to get in the door! Teah, the manager, is phenomenal and provides the BEST customer service ever! This is the BEST Dog Daycare in the area! Thank you Oneka Pet Resort for taking such great care of my pup! So glad to have found you!
Both of my dogs have been there a few times and I have always been really happy with it. Until this boarding experience. Up until now they have done a great job and have had great staff, but I think they are slacking a bit. I think the care my dogs got was fine, but on a business level not so much. I pre-paid for my dogs stay in cash and when I went to pick them up they had no record of it. Good thing I asked for a receipt and I took a picture of it and sent it to them per their request.
