Michael O’Neill is a very great guy, and very knowledgeable of is trade. He goes over and beyond to help you with any issues that you’re faced with. Very talented and professional.
I used Mike for 3-4 years and he was great in the beginning. Communication has started to decrease. The last year I used him(2021 taxes), we had an issue paying that wasn’t resolved. I will take partial blame because they were my taxes. I’ll eat that. BUT, I did pay him for a service that was not completed properly. I sent him the document and he reassured me he would reach out and make sure all was good. I was told it was resolved and there was nothing to worry about.
