the delivery folks are excellent , never had a dud driver and i get deliveries 2-3 time a week but trying to get the office folks to just give a quote is like getting teeth pulled by a gorilla , long tedious and it didnt happen , 3 days waiting for a quote for 2 new in box TV's and i still dont know what when or how much , i'll catch the coach and train and get em myself as it'd be way easier than everyone there passing the buck twice a day and getting upset with me for calling and asking whats happening .. no more calling ,... read more

Contacted via a missed call yesterday about a package that has had no updates as to where it is for over 10+ days. Arrived in Aus on the 10th of July and I’m finally getting a call yesterday to ask where I’d like it dropped.
