The technician was able to see me without an appointment, was very personable and diagnosed and fixed the problems (unworking Home button and aging battery) quickly while offering coffee or tea while I waited! Much better pricing and timing than at the Apple Store, plus great parking off Chapman near Harbor in downtown Fullerton

This place was great. The rep I spoke to looked at the phone and said give me 15minutes. Probably didn’t even take that long. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone fixed super quick. I will definitely come back if I have issues in the future.
