I was very apprehensive having carers initially as I felt anxious about having people in my home. However it has worked very well since I have had OneCare in place. I am pleased with the service I have been provided and would always recommend them. Without the support of my carers I don’t know where I would be.

My time at OneCare since 2023 has been positive. When mistakes occur, I have found that the management team always communicated, met with, and re-trained us, as required. I do feel that OneCare are passionate about delivering high quality care in often challenging environments.

Get cameras! My mum was dropped from the commode. One care said it was an assisted drop to the floor. When someone shouts and you hear a bang, it's not assisted. Mum is epileptic and the bed rails where left down on numerous occasions. The bed controller was left out of her reach, so she couldn't sit up or lay back, not to mention her glasses and TV remote being left out of reach.
