Exactly the same bad experience as others. I was given a slot with a therapist, but she never showed up. I called them, and they reassigned me to another therapist. Before our first session, he tried to find a regular weekly time, but he didn’t have any availability on Mondays or Fridays (the only days I can be at home to speak openly and not be at work) so he cancelled my appointment. A complete waste of time and energy. I wonder if their therapists are certified or even trained as my therapist was completely incompetent. Spent all my sessions with me talking and getting nothing back. Each session was a repetition of the last one which in every case was useless hour. Thankfully this was included in my work’s aviva plan as paying for this type of service would be a disgrace.
If you are in need for any of the therapy services please look elsewhere, this company is unprofessional unskilled , doesn’t actually provide a service a patient needs or understands patients needs, it’s likely to put you at risk and waste your time. I am shocked Aviva uses them
