Customerservice is very bad been trying to get my overpayment and they keep giving different answers. All most 2 months have past now they say there is.no overpayment.. um where has the money gone my hi being transferred
As of 2024: This loan company was good at one time. Always answered questions regarding your account and you were able to refinance. Then they changed the refinance terms to some ridiculous and stupid rules and factors. The customer service people could never tell you what or when or how you could refinance or if ever. No information! Lastly, the allotment payment system is absolutely a nightmare! Oneblinc knows what days I get paid and yet my account payments are always late according to their schedule! Can’t wait to pay this loan off, refinance option isn’t even there anymore. Once I’m done with this I will not be back. This is insanity. I KNOW I’m more than qualified to refinance.
This app sucks big time. Constant errors....it will not connect my bank. After several attempts I gave up.
