Website is all messed up won't even let me connect to my bank. Just keep starting over and over again.
I have tried numerous of time to get in contact with this company. The number they have will only give you a recording to tell you to write to them. In order to pay off your loan they want you to send in a check to them. Why would I do that not knowing if they get it or not because I can't speak with them. I also have emailed them many times on the amount I owe which they will reply weeks later telling me to send a check without giving an amount owed.
