Thomas was very friendly!
I recently had a scare with unauthorized money taken from my account. I immediately went to the Sedona branch and was assisted by Thomas Dunbar. He was exceptionally patient, professional, kind and funny. He quickly cancelled my debit card and talked me through the process of getting a refund from the unauthorized transactions. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is. His sense of humor and patience calmed me down in my anxious state at the time. Thank you Thomas
