First time opening an account at a credit union bank and the experience was FANTASTIC!!! Juan, the Branch Manager, and Beca, their new Personal Banker Trainee, had superb customer service skills, were able to answer all my questions, enlightened me on some great features this bank provides, made it the fastest and easiest banking experience possible.
