Yet another (I've lost count of how many) unacceptable snafu with One AZ CU. And, this one is likely going to be the last for us. Banks and credit unions supposedly provide a service. I wonder if anyone in this organization every pondered what it means to provide a service? At this point, I think the people who run and work at OAZCU, think their customers are there to service the credit union.
