Our experience with Lynne Cessna was above all expectation. She took us through a difficult situation and made things easy to navigate. You have yourself a gem. She’s a keeper.
Bank does not handle customer PII in accordance with PCI compliance. They asked me to provide my credit card number (for balance transfer) in plain text over email which is a violation of PCI compliance. I asked why this happened and for follow up, but never received a proper response. I will be revising this review as I have submitted reports to the National Credit Union Administration. This branch has fallen apart because of new management… The current branch manager Kirt has caused this location to be slower than ever hopefully they hire someone else soon
I met with my representative Delaney to set up a new account at OneAZ and she was absolutely incredible! She was so knowledgeable and kind. I’d highly recommend looking into this establishment.
