I have been banking at OneAZ for years but today I learned more from Teri (Teller) in ten minutes than I have in these many years! She taught me how to lock my debit card to help stop hackers and fraudulent activity. No one has ever mentioned this before! She also mentioned how we can go onto our on line banking and notify OneAZ that we’re traveling out of town so our bank knows payments aren’t suspicious or fraudulent. Many kudos to Teri!!! Mrs. Jodi Heil was wonderful. I was able to walk in for help with a loan. She greeted right away. She explained all options available to me. She was very kind and took as much time as need to accomplish my goal. I walked out with a savings account AND the card I needed. Trust me, I will be back to talk with her again, as I have another big step ahead for my home. I know she will guide me in the right direction. I am so happy with my experience at OneAZ Credit union. I worked with Jodi Heil who was incredibly patient and persistent in helping me get out of a subprime auto loan into a much better situation at a far better rate. I only wish I had gone with them in the first place. Next time I will! Totally recommend!
Update on a previous negative review. The squeaky wheel does indeed get oiled. Mr. Johnson the Branch Manager at my local branch on Gail Gardner has reached out to me and was very helpful in resolving my issue. He has re-established my trust in One AZ and will be recommended for courteously solving my banking concern. Kudos to the entire branch. WC
