This bank just opened a branch in my town in southern Arizona. I made the mistake of giving them a chance. They have horrible customer service, unfriendly hour, and no opportunity to use web site to make payments from an outside bank. If you do try to make a payment over the phone this bank is so desperate for money, they charge $20 to take your money. This bank is not worth the trouble.
