Lynne C. researched everything in a matter of minutes, and then gave me the perfect course of action to resolve everything within two hours. She went the extra mile and that sort of customer service is all too infrequent these days. Thank you very much!!
I have no idea why everyone in Prescott loves this place. I needed to make a large deposit in some financial institution earlier this week. I kept calling OneAZ both in Prescott and Prescott Valley. Not only did both locations not answer their phone all day, when I left a call back with this location, my phone call was not returned for 2 days!

I was in today and I see two tellers one is with a customer and the other one is on the phone and so I patiently wait where the line star and just patiently waiting to be acknowledged and out of nowhere just here a rude “hi” from Sarah the teller.
