I’ve been so pleased with my experience with One Wellness. This full-service wellness experience is exactly what I needed. The workouts are challenging and always different. The nutritional counseling is very helpful. Finally, while getting my body stronger and healthier, the counseling strengthens my mind. The staff is always professional, warm and very knowledgeable. I was even able to get my husband to sign up! I feel so much healthier since joining One Wellness.

Without any specific diagnosis or condition, I still saw my waistline had expanded faster and further than anyone could have ever expected. Something had to be done before I started having more serious weight related complications than decreased mobility.
