I love coming here on my days off, but I do feel like a few things have started slipping over my last several visits. The Bluetooth in the infrared rooms used to work great, but this year my phone says it’s connected and no sound comes through. Staff have said it should work, but after multiple visits I’m wondering if it may actually be broken. The second cold plunge has also had an “under maintenance” sign up for quite a while. I have received excellent care from Lynn . She is kind and helpful and so competent with many suggestions to further my healing. Lynn really knows her field. I lucked out and am so thankful.
Booked the 2 week package for the recovery center and cannot recommend it enough! After a long day hiking it was the perfect recovery space. One of our favorite parts of the trip
