The facilities are great. We enjoyed the saunas and the cold plunge. However, the process for accessing the facilities is maddening. Get there well before any appointment you’ve made because it’s going to take a while…and don’t forget your phone because it’s essential for the process (QR codes, multiple forms, etc.). For a wellness centre where people seek relaxation and recovery, some of the staff's behaviour is surprisingly rude and unwelcoming. My recent experience solidified this impression. On my way out this evening, at precisely 6:58 PM, I was subjected to an uncalled-for reprimand. A staff member loudly exclaimed, "Mary, you're late!" as I was exiting. So love this place.
Totally enjoyed a 60 min massage with Deborah. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time. Very much recommend the spa for smacking environment that promotes wellness and relaxation and the massage therapist that did my treatment.
