One Tree Wellness is the kind of place where you walk in and instantly exhale, and Beth is the magic behind it. From the second you’re in her space, the vibes are grounded, calming, and quietly powerful. Not woo woo chaos, not sterile and cold, just intentional, warm, and deeply peaceful. Beth has that rare energy where you feel genuinely seen and safe, like your nervous system finally got the memo that it can stand down.
Beth is amazing! If you have an open mind and heart, there is a lot of healing that can happen. Healing that I didn't even know I needed. For me it all started by joining in on a Sound Bath Meditation. From there it went to a private Energy session. I am looking forward to what else we can discover and uncover in order for me to live in peace and harmony within myself. I will be forever grateful that she came into my life at just the right moment in time.
Beth is very caring and attentive especially when I feel most fragile. I have done work with her that is changing my life for the better. Finding the core of certain behaviors and fears has helped me grow and flourish as a person. I do not know where I would be without her or this guidance. I went to counseling I tried many things....I am living proof that she has enhanced my wellness and whole being and outlook. <3
