Went to report problems on my phone being older & techno challenged, only to be met with an instant irritated face & energy of the owner who had ZERO patience to listen, take the time, explain kindly & instead made me feeeel like an idiot for not being able to explain properly after I repeatedly told him I had no techno knowledge. Walked in without a booking and they were able O S an open help me straight away. service so no need O wait days just to get someone to look at your device. They replaced ny phone screen quickly and the quality of the work was spot on. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and they lidn't to upsell anything.
