Before my trip, I had called customer service and asked about protocol in case COVID-19 got worse and I couldn't return to get my car. I was told that the company would not charge me during this time. The pandemic did in fact get worse, but One Stop Parking has consistently denied that they ever told me there would be coverage and continued to charge me the full price each day. 1star is too many. One Stop Parking advertises 24/7 shuttle @ Ramada in SLC. Not true. Shuttle doesn’t run 11pm-7 am. Almost missed early morning flight out and paid Uber $30 to pick up car because our flight arrived 11:30 pm. Lodged a complaint w/ Onestop. No response. Will never use again. Terrible experience.
