My wife's cell phone had a critical problem I thought was probably easy to fix. Almost took it to one of the better known repair places, but decided instead to find a lesser-known shop. Saw that OSM was (a) really close, (b) had the highest (5 star) rating and (c) probably run by a solo entrepreneur. A few bucks later (likely fewer $$ than a chain store), and ASAP, the job was done! Great customer service!
Absolutely amazing service. This is the second time they’ve worked magic on my computer, when I was convinced everything was lost, including all my data. They not only fixed the issue but fully restored everything, and now the computer works perfectly. Professional, reliable, and truly knows what they’re doing. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you think your computer is beyond saving, bring it here first.
