My visit to One Stop Immigration for my medical test was excellent. The staff were incredibly efficient and polite, and the entire process was very well-managed. Areeba at reception stood out with her kindness and professionalism – she explained everything step by step and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The facility itself was neat and welcoming. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing immigration medicals.
I was a walking patient today. 1st they transferred me 2nd floor, waiting 1:30 hours, then bring me a last corner room & wait another 30 minutes, then another nurse shows up and transferred me another doctor s chamber. I realize they are not Professional al All. Sorry for my comment but I want they should improve their service.
I went to One-Stop for travel consultantion and I am pleased with their service. Even though I had an appointment, still I would say wait time was very reasonable. I saw Dr Suleiman (not sure about his name spelling) and he was extremely nice and and professional. He gave us plenty of time and listened to all of our concern. Usually there is a out of pocket fee for travel consultantion but he waived it for us since we didn't needed any vaccination based on our travel destination. "I had my medical test done today at One Stop Immigration, and I had a great experience. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the staff were highly professional and courteous. The reception team specially Areeba communicated clearly and guided me through the entire process with ease. Their friendly nature made the experience comfortable, and everything went smoothly.
