Have used them twice, excellent. 1) They respond very quickly. Even on weekends and off-hours, I've gotten e-mail responses very quick. 2) Short wait-times. 3) My case was a bit complex, I made an error, and they accommodated me last-minute to refill my form despite it being my error. (Thank you!) 4) They give you exactly what you need, and requisitions to labs which turnaround results fast. I called ahead to ask about the fee and was quoted a different price over the phone. However, when I arrived in person, receptionist told me higher fees, after I argued she agreed to charge the quoted fee. This was disappointing and unexpected. Everyone was very unprofessional including Dr Suleiman Furmli.
