I go to this store regularly grab the same thing never had an issue the owner is now handing out product that’s UNUSABLE and even when they KNOW it’s unusable they’re blaming the person that purchased the product and won’t at least switch out the product no refund was requested and the excuse was the packaging was opened but the only way you’d be able to tell the product was bad is to open it all of the product was in the packaging nothing used and they could see that but as usual nothing new
I have no idea when it started but this used to be my spot now they’re giving out messed up tobacco products knowing that it’s messed up and then trying to blame the company and the people that buy it I can’t make anyone stop going here but the simple fact that the OWNER knew the product was coming in messed up and continued to sell it to people without saying anything AND still adding the extra charges because of card etc is crazy I know they don’t care about losing customers because people will still go but I’d just like t... read more
