I’ve come here twice and both times the experience was exceptional. The first time my screen was broken (run over by multiple cars) and he swiftly fixed it within 30 minutes. The 2nd time my phone wouldn’t charge and he pulled out a tool and pulled out lint from the port I had missed. A lot of it. He didn’t charge me anything. Very reliable and Very honest. This business is a gem. Support when you can.
Truly excellent customer service for cell screen repair. Jeff not only told me that I could buy the new screen myself, but within a couple of minutes he texted me the link and all the information and charged a very reasonable fee for installation. Highly recommended.

I have a IPhone 15pro and it was frozen. I was to able to power it off. Nothing worked. I called One Stop Cellular to inquire how much to repair it and before I could ask them how much. He just started giving me instructions on how to cure my problem. They weren’t interested in just making a buck!!! He showed me kindness and walked me through it. That was AWESOME. God bless these guys. Now that’s service!!!! ✝️✝️
Trust!!!!!! Is the main feeling here. As we know going to places , like the (iPhone ) repair stores , that sinking feeling of man, if I leave my phone here will it be safe. Not here !!!! It’s the opposite, friendly, the feelings of trust and positive energy there. Helpful and knowledgeable staff , all makes these future trips to this location makes me feel secure , thank you staff!!!!
