Honestly I wish I could rate it lower than this the lady working now was very rude over the phone and I can clearly tell she's just there for a check no customer service skills what so ever. Its sad when u have to call someones corporate(manager) office. NEVER go there, stay broke they'll treat you like trash.
Kayla Lemere was VERY unprofessional during our experience at their store today. Her behavior was inappropriate and I called the corporate office to let them know about this CSR that honestly should NOT even be employed with that company , let alone be a manager. Caitlin galler was VERY professional and was so much more mature than her SO CALLED manager - Kayla. I will be checking with home office again on Monday in regards to Kayla's behavior. Overall = BAD experience because of Kayla.
