On my last visit to One Step Away Day Spa, I had the pleasure of enjoying the newest tool they have added to their therapeutic services. It is called Vibroacoustic therapy, Michelle used it on my shoulder, which I have been having severe pain and mobility issues with. The next day I felt 95% relief from how I felt before and had fluid movement of my shoulder. You have got to try this!!
When I went to One Step this last visit I went for a Assessment for fascia blasting with Michelle. She was extremely approachable and knowledgeable. The session of blasting after her Body Assessment was amazing and well worthwhile. I’ve got autoimmune and she was super careful with me. I will go back for more sessions with Michelle!
I had great service with One Step Away Day Spa. I had a back massage and got to try out their new machine, a vibroacoustic machine. I felt much better after my service there!
