I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. For the past week, I have been trying to get in touch via email and phone, but no one has responded. To make matters worse, I haven’t even received a receipt or confirmation that my documents were filed. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect much better service and communication.
Miss Sydney is the best tax lady I’ve ever worked with! She’s professional, friendly, and very thorough. She answered all my questions without rushing me and made sure everything was done correctly. I left feeling confident and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back to her every year!
