We booked an Unwind Massage on 30 January after my mum and dad had a wonderful experience on 28 January with the therapist from Mexico. Unfortunately, our session on 30th Jan was with a very young, inexperienced therapist and was extremely disappointing. There was very little actual massage, and it felt like time was being wasted moving from one area to another. Both my wife and I felt the same. it wasn’t effective and definitely not worth the money. Sorry for the negative review.
Such a relaxing and regenerative experience. From our welcome to a beautifully presented treatment room with a spectacular view, the whole experience was amazing. Only negative is that is had to end. Thank you, Gabby, for the most perfect massage and facial.

Gabby was fantastic, best massage I’ve had in my life and it was also the first time I fell asleep towards the end from the pure relaxation. Technique and customer service was great. Highly recommend.
Loved my recent experience at the One Spa. As soon as you walk in its smells so beautiful and you instantly feel relaxed. It has a stunning seating area with breathtaking views of Healesville. The treatment was so wonderful and relaxing. Highly recommend
