I had an absolutely amazing experience with Rachel at the One Spa. From the moment I arrived, she made us feel relaxed, welcome, and completely looked after. Beautiful location, excellent treatment with Jo - my very skilled and warm therapist. It was a wonderful day :) Edit: 2026 June - my second time at the spa. Had the Calm therapy with Rachel - very relaxing experience and I purchased blue stone skin cream from here as well.
We booked an Unwind Massage on 30 January after my mum and dad had a wonderful experience on 28 January with the therapist from Mexico. Unfortunately, our session on 30th Jan was with a very young, inexperienced therapist and was extremely disappointing. There was very little actual massage, and it felt like time was being wasted moving from one area to another. Both my wife and I felt the same. it wasn’t effective and definitely not worth the money. Sorry for the negative review.
Such a relaxing and regenerative experience. From our welcome to a beautifully presented treatment room with a spectacular view, the whole experience was amazing. Only negative is that is had to end. Thank you, Gabby, for the most perfect massage and facial.
Loved, loved my massage & facial. The ambience of the room was wonderful. I was totally relaxed & will definitely be back!
