Have just finished the 3 hour thermal spa experience and absolutely LOVED IT. Shout out to Sara D who was so welcoming! Provided as part of the experience is: towels, robe, flip flops, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs, hairdryer, straighteners. Top tip if you need a cup when you’re in the spa, there’s paper cups in the deep relaxation room which is tucked behind the salt room!
This was a disappointing visit for me. The staff ask you to sign a waiver at reception upon checking in, that guests will not use their phone cameras during their visit, and especially not when pool side. There are more signs about no camera use, as you enter the pool area. With this in mind, it was really disappointing for me to see a member of staff walk in to the pool area, showing some guests a tour of the facilities, and at point, the male guest visibly took his phone out and started filming.
