I hired one source in nov 2020 to do my eviction. This company dragged their feet and took so long . We where able to get the eviction started in court and get a court date in Jan. Today at my court hearing everything was going to go through till the lawyer saw the mistake. Their are three defendant and two where supposed to have been defaulted in dec. SCAM! CRUZ is a con artist cheated me out of.$800
I am utterly upset with the way they handled my case . A most straight forward eviction of unpaid rent with no tenant contest took from early October to March 10th or over 5 months. This is just outrageous. They took the money in full upfront. Even the March 10th eviction would not have happened without my personal intervention spending hours and days going to court .
