This bank has been increasing my monthly payments, suppousely for not having insurance on it, with out notice. Despite of making the payments and contacting their managers **** *** ***** whom never had the courtesy to even say good morning or provide their last names for proffesionalism. It is so humiliating that despite the fact the insurance agent had to contact the bank multiple times to provide them with proof of insurance, the just continued increasing the monthly payments I pay them $ 465 not missing a payment they rep... read more

The explanation given by our rep's advised you of the changes and advanced charges. Notifications of the payment increase, for not having insurance, were sent out to our entire membership to which One Source FCU is not required to ask for a signature for any such changes.
