Very rude, disrespectful and needs class! When you own a business, you should ALWAYS be careful with your 'personal relations', AKA, PR! In a world with major social media, you can hurt your business. You caused a (potential client) a serious panic attack in your town, all alone! Too bad there's no legal action that can be taken, but sometimes social media is all you need. 😊
