Amazing customer service!
The quality of the product and service exceeded my expectations. This business obviously takes pride in both quality of product and service and obviously put their customers first. I purchase the 40cm Henry wall clock. When I removed the clock from the packaging I found that the photo on the website was a very accurate representation of what I received. We LOVE our One Six Eight clock. Unfortunately our kids broke one of the arms whilst throwing laundry down the stairs (!!) but when we called Phil at 168 he was so friendly and professional and was only too happy to fix it for us when we took the clock to the factory. These clocks look so damn good and they are made with care and attention to detail, and by a great local business!
