So apparently after waiting all this time and getting no pictures or answers today was the day. We were contacted by the photographer that there was a “glitch” and they had lost our pictures and were not able to print them. So just give me a refund, right? Wrong! They told us to go on Venmo and dispute it to get our money back. If I had made a mistake and I was running a business I would correct it as soon as possible and as painless as possible. I would highly suggest to not use them as a photographer in the future!

Great work! Photographing houses can be a picky process for me. One Shot Media made it easy to book my appointment, and I was surprised they came on Nee Years Day! Exceptional photography too. And j got my photos the next day I was very pleased.

I paid for my two kids soccer pictures, $80, done on October 25, 2025. It’s December 31st, and none of us AYSA soccer parents have received our photos.
